Johnson acquires objects from around the world, that speak to her personally. After their discovery, each piece is brought to new life with the unique vision of Neal and her "team of artisans". Earth, iron, wood, stone, and ceramic are transformed into something more than their elements - an heirloom quality decorative conversation piece.

Most new additions to this prized collection find rebirth as lamps, no matter what purpose they may have once served.  Illuminative renaissance of both quirky and beautiful objects exemplifies Neal's signature work.

Classically trained in fine art, and an art history major at UNC Chapel Hill, with subsequent studies at New York's Parsons School of Design, Neal spent many years traveling the world for British Airways in a sales development role. Much like her treasured art, she discovered her own works of transformation and inspiration in this creative labor of love.
